BALLOON SINUPLASTY

Balloon sinuplasty is a minimally invasive procedure for treating chronic sinusitis. It utilizes a balloon catheter to gently expand the sinus passages, opening up the airways to improve breathing and drainage. Unlike traditional endoscopic sinus surgery, there is no cutting or removal of bone and tissue. Most patients are able to resume normal activities within a couple of days.

ALLERGY

Allergies are an exaggerated immune system response to an otherwise harmless substance. The body defends itself by releasing chemicals called histamines into the bloodstream. These cause inflammation of the skin, sinuses, airways and digestive system, resulting in cold-like symptoms such as runny nose, cough, stuffy nose, sore throat, itchy or watery eyes and postnasal drip. They may occur seasonally or year round.

Dr Marlow: Your practice has provided me with the gift of being able to "hear" and to a great extent is through the dedicated care of your Audiologist, Jennifer Duncan. She has been instrumental in making my life viable through her diligent, thoughtful, knowledgeable and compassionate help with my hearing loss. I'm sure that you and the wonderful practice that you offer to the many lucky patients that employ your care will continue to be an aid to my continuing hearing loss. To comment on the wonderful patient care that your office provides is extended even to the phone calls for appointments and the flexibility of your staff to accommodate my needs and requests. Dr. Marlow, I applaud your skill not only as a well known ENT physician but as a caring professional for having people like Jennifer on your staff. My gratitude and thanks to you and especially Jennifer for being able to "hear"...Jay
